OMUSUBI’s first store celebrates its grand opening at ifc mall, Central on 11 January 2022! The new brand OMUSUBI blends sustainability with authentic washoku experience: from sourcing rice sustainably to reducing plastic use in packaging, OMUSUBI strives to serve customers with safe and assuring delicacy while joining the efforts to help protect the environment.
The OMUSUBI brand uses premium Japanese rice to make omusubi. In addition to regular omusubi items, various new omusubi items have been added to the menu offerings; these include the brand new Kinpira Renkon, Sea Urchin Sauce with Red Snow Crab and Premium Kishu Pickled Plum. OMUSUBI also serves there brand new soups, namely Kyoto-style Beancurd Skin Soymilk Soup (Yuzu flavor), Ishikari-style Salmon Trout Miso Soup, and Japanese Clear Clam Soup. Using fine and fresh ingredients to provide an authentic Japanese taste, the OMUSUBI menu provides customers with heart-warming dishes and caters to both meat lovers and vegetarians.
