As we step into summertime, OMUSUBI has added eel to the menu too. Apart from selecting premium breeds with a soft and delicate flesh, we also cut the fish into dice for a rich mouthfeel. It is then grilled in Japanese style to lock in the tastiness and nutrients, making the fresh meat melt in your mouth.
