Always catering to our customer’s palette, OMUSUBI has recently announced the Nametake Mushroom with Truffle Flavour Omusubi created with vegetarians in mind. Using enoki mushrooms from the Nagano Prefecture, and shiitake and other mushrooms from Toyama Prefecture, this filling is cooked in the traditional Japanese nitsuke (simmering) style with truffle-flavoured seasonings. The ingredients come together in a fragrant and rich aroma, and pair up superbly with white rice.
