OMUSUBI has added another new vegetarian option! This time, we have created a new flavor Spicy Vegan Meat Sauce Omusubi from our secret recipe. It is made with soybean plant meat that is carefully selected for its realistic texture and minimal beany taste. Further, diced Japanese shiitake mushroom is mixed into the filling to highlight the umami with its firm texture and sweet taste; this pairing is then seasoned with a mala (spicy and tougue-numbing style) sauce, making the Omusubi irresistibly mouthwatering.
