This month, OMUSUBI has assembled bursting ocean flavors! We’ve built up some great textures with layers of diced shrimp, crab meat and fish meat crab sticks, which are topped with a salad filling seasoned with shoyu and Japanese wasabi, making it a refreshing and appetizing combination. The most unique feature of the filling is the addition of crunchy diced horseradish stems, which are slightly pungent but in just the right amount to freshen up the aftertaste.
