The specially selected Kyushu herbal chickens are raised on rosemary, sage and clove fodder. The chicken thighs, in particular, have a moderate fat content, which makes the meat tender, juicy and with a slightly firm-to-the-bite texture. The chicken is first cooked in a flavorful Japanese style skewer-grill sauce, which is well balanced in savouriness and sweetness. It is paired with brown rice already coated in a special eel sauce. The two complementary flavors form a classic combo that is appetizing and delicious.
