The Daichi breed chickens are specially chosen from farms in the Kyushu Prefecture, where they are well looked after in clean conditions by farmers. They are fed on environmentally-friendly fodder containing wood acetic acid carbon to ensure healthy growth. With a rigorous quality control process, the chicken meat is kept in prime condition, meaning it is juicy, full of flavour and has a firm to the bite texture, whether it is ready-to-eat or heated and further cooked.
The herbs flavour blends mustard, pepper, red bell peppers, dried onions and lemon powder, and produces a light and refreshing fragrance.
