The Daichi breed chickens are specially chosen from farms in the Kyushu Prefecture, where they are well looked after in clean conditions by farmers. They are fed on environmentally-friendly fodder containing wood acetic acid carbon to ensure healthy growth. With a rigorous quality control process, the chicken meat is kept in prime condition, meaning it is juicy, full of flavour and has a firm to the bite texture, whether it is ready-to-eat or heated and further cooked. The chicken is hormone-free but contains abundant vitamin E and proteins, which aids to against the oxidation of body fat, and keeps muscles healthy.
The herbs flavour blends mustard, pepper, red bell peppers, dried onions, and lemon powder, and produces a light and refreshing fragrance.
