For the first time, OMUSUBI is introducing the richly flavored Oden. Each portion contains six generous pieces, including radish, chikuwa fishcake, hardboiled egg, triangular konjac, burdock roll and konjac noodles, which are simmered in a bonito broth to enhance their flavors. Each bite of the items contains the broth’s essence, and delivers layers of flavors in one go, making it a great option for lunch in addition to our Omusubi and soup items.
